Master of Arts (MA)
Designed for those working towards gaining better insights into theoretical and practical methods in African Studies. The mandate is to insert African knowledge systems into the global pool while integrating global epistemic systems.
Standard Duration
Full-time: 3 Semesters | Part-time: 4 - 6 Semesters
Core Entry Requirements
- A minimum of Second Class (Lower) Honours Bachelor's degree in disciplines considered cognate or relevant to African Studies.
- Take two compulsory courses in Anthropology (AFS 701 and 702) and one required course in Advanced Seminar Presentation (AFS 706).
